Presso Caffetteria Specialty

Presso is the project of Andrea Spataro, who took over a Niguarda neighborhood bar called Le Betulle at 23 and rebuilt it around coffee in the autumn of 2026. The redesign, drawn up with MARGstudio, lowered the counter, removed the platform behind it and moved the espresso machine to the front so the coffee is the first thing you see. Andrea is studying specialty coffee at the Galdus school while he reworks the room.
The beans come from Le Piantagioni del Caffè, the Livorno roastery that has roasted specialty coffee since 1994, and the selection changes roughly every four months across blends and single origins. You can have it as espresso, V60 or batch brew, or as a flat white or cortado. Presso still wants to be a bar for the whole neighborhood as much as a place to try something new, with a small room inside and a few tables outside.
