Loste Cafe

A minimalist, Scandinavian influenced room near Tricolore, custom designed by architect Giulio Marchesi around pale wood and a genuinely small footprint. Loste has since grown to two or three Milan locations, but the Guicciardini original remains the one most identified with the brand's design reputation. The founders' background is in pastry and hospitality rather than roasting, and the shop sources its coffee externally rather than running its own roast.
Hours run mornings only across all locations (open by 8am, closed by 3pm), which positions Loste as a breakfast and brunch destination rather than an all day cafe.
