Cafezal Bicocca

The tall room at Cafezal Bicocca, with rattan pendant lamps, round wooden tables and a terracotta tiled counter

Inside BiM, the regeneration project that has turned the former Pirelli 10 building into a work destination, this Cafezal is a tall, generous room under dark ceilings, with rattan pendant lamps, round wooden tables and a curved counter clad in terracotta tile. Plants soften the industrial shell, and bags of coffee sit on small shelves beside the espresso machine.

The day begins with the first coffee and runs through brunch and lunch, with the room closing in mid afternoon and shut on Sundays. It sits well away from the city centre, near the university district, and it pours the same roasts as the rest of the group, all made at the Coffee Hub on Viale Premuda.
