Coffee For The Soul

A branded CFS to go cup held out by a barista wearing the CFS apron

Coffee For The Soul works directly with growers on haciendas across Colombia, shipping green beans to Florida to be roasted locally rather than sourcing through a generic wholesaler. The house blend, called Farmer's Signature, runs on notes of wild berry and chocolate and anchors a menu built specifically around Colombian coffee culture.

A Coffee Lab program runs barista training and cupping courses for anyone who wants to go past drinking the coffee into understanding it, and Colombian bakery staples, pan de bono among them, round out the counter. The Giralda Avenue room sits in the middle of Coral Gables' main restaurant strip, a specialty counter in a stretch otherwise built around full service dining.
