Micelio Café

Micelio is a tiny Del Valle bar opened by a team of baristas who worked alongside Carlos de la Torre at Café Avellaneda in Coyoacán. There are no tables, only a bar counter and high stools, which puts guests right in front of the baristas and makes talking about coffee part of the visit.
The beans come from Café con Jiribilla, which buys from Mexican farms, with Oaxacan lots a regular feature and a rotation that follows the season. The drinks list pairs classic espresso drinks with the team's own creations, and Café con Jiribilla bags can be taken home when in stock.
