Exploradores Club de Café

The long concrete finish coffee bar at Exploradores Club de Café in Santa Fe, with brewing equipment, a cold drip tower and bar stools in front of floor to ceiling windows

Exploradores began in 2016 as Kumo, a compact cafe serving the office towers of Santa Fe, and grew into a Mexican specialty roaster that documents every lot by producer, farm, variety, process and flavour profile. The Club de Café on Avenida Santa Fe is its larger flagship, designed as a miniature of the whole coffee chain, with coffee plants at the entrance, the roaster in view, a cupping room, a classroom and an equipment showroom.

The bar pours a seasonal menu of six coffees, modern Italian style espresso drinks and hand whisked ceremonial matcha. Cuppings, courses and barista sessions run in the space, and bags of the house roasted beans can be taken home the same day.
