Curva Café

Curva began as a roasting house selling beans by the bag, until the two brothers behind it, who left the United States to start their own project in Mexico City, saw the potential of the storefront on Artículo 123 and opened it as a cafe. The roaster still stands at the back of the room, a welcome sight in the historic centre, and visitors are welcome to look into the roasting room and watch the work.
The coffee list follows the house roasts, with a specialty line and a more everyday blend, and each bean is brewed the way suits it best. Small group cuppings are held regularly, so the team can share what they are roasting and what samples have arrived, in a friendly room where there is no need to know the jargon.
