Wood and Co Coffee

Wood and Co grew from a backyard roasting project in 2015 into a roastery and cafe on Albert Street in Brunswick, where the roaster sits in an open plan brick warehouse and a handful of seats look straight onto the action. The house signature is Twin Peaks, a blend of Ethiopian and Colombian coffees roasted separately and blended afterwards, joined by the Sunshine filter blend and a rotating shelf of single origins from places such as Colombia and Kenya.

The menu stays focused on coffee, with espresso and filter from the blends and singles, plus cans of cold brew to drink in or take away. Bags of beans and brewing gear are sold at the counter, and the cafe keeps weekday hours with a short Saturday morning.
