Seven Seeds started in Carlton in 2007, and this is still its flagship cafe. The navy blue facade stands out among the art deco warehouses near the university district, and inside there is seating for close to 100 guests, with no bookings taken, so you can simply walk in.

Since 2018 the roaster has published the farmgate price it pays producers for its single origins and blends. Bags of beans are on the retail shelves and staff will grind them for you, and you can bring your own container to fill with House Blend or F.Bomb Filter Blend.
