Project Zero Coffee King St

Project Zero's King Street shop is a small CBD coffee stop on the ground floor of the Meriton Suites building, run by a roaster that set out to bring higher levels of coffee to customers with more convenience, choice and accessibility. Its founder came to the idea after running Sub Zero Coffee, a temporary cafe that served some of the world's rarest coffees straight out of a freezer.

The coffee is roasted in Melbourne and shipped every Wednesday, with separate espresso and filter ranges that include a house blend called Kaleidoscope and limited releases with playful names such as Strawberry Cheesecake and Pina Colada. The shop opens seven days a week, from seven in the morning until three in the afternoon, which suits a pre work flat white or a filter to carry.
