Project 281 Coffee Roasters

Project 281 is a sprawling, plant filled cafe and roastery on Albert Street in Brunswick, established in 2018 as the flagship of a coffee roasting business that roasts on site. Greenery fills the room, there is full table service from a seasonal all day menu, and the cafe welcomes dogs.

On the coffee side, the shop sells its own roasted beans, including The Brunx house blend, a decaf and a seasonal single origin chosen by the roaster, and the espresso is described as specialty made. The roastery can also be hired for events, and wholesale supply is offered to other cafes. The cafe opens every day, from seven on weekdays and eight on weekends, and closes at three in the afternoon.
