Path Melbourne

Path Melbourne is a brew bar and coffee roaster at 362 Victoria Street in North Melbourne, built around filter coffee. The room is minimalist and calm, and the menu centres on batch brew and pour over, served alongside espresso, with coffees from roasters around the world as well as its own roasting. The team likes finding new and unusual coffees, so the list changes regularly.

A short food menu sits alongside the brews, and some of the ingredients come from nearby Queen Victoria Market. The bar opens from Wednesday to Sunday, from ten in the morning until five in the afternoon, and stays closed on Monday and Tuesday, which makes it a good stop for a slow weekend coffee along the Victoria Street strip.
