Niccolo Coffee Cremorne

The pale timber counter at Niccolo Coffee with a white espresso machine, twin grinders and stacked cups against a white painted brick wall, baristas behind the bar and customers in front

Niccolo has been roasting specialty coffee in Melbourne since 2008, and its headquarters on Stephenson Street in Cremorne is open to the public for a cup. The house blend is the signature, built from carefully sourced specialty lots, and it sits alongside a Colombian decaf processed with Swiss Water and a rotating line of single origins chosen for seasonality and availability.

The approach leans on long relationships with farmers and suppliers, with each batch roasted by an experienced team before it goes out to cafes across Australia and to home brewers. The Cremorne counter serves customers on weekdays from seven in the morning until four in the afternoon, so it suits an early coffee before work or a mid afternoon top up.
