Industry Beans Lt. Collins

Industry Beans opened its first city cafe on Little Collins Street in 2017, built around a new idea at the time: fast takeaway specialty coffee served from a narrow, carefully designed room with pale timber joinery, a long counter and a glass shopfront. The coffee comes from the Industry Beans roasteries, where every blend and single origin is batch roasted to its own profile.

The menu covers espresso, filter and an express brunch list, with a daily muffin made from seasonal ingredients and signature iced drinks such as the Fitzroy Iced Coffee, built on cold brew concentrate with wattleseed and panela. It is a handy stop in the middle of the city, open seven days from early morning, with slightly later starts on weekends.
