Industry Beans Fitzroy

This warehouse conversion in the Fitzroy backstreets is the headquarters of Industry Beans, and its largest roastery shares the building with a cafe, a coffee bar, a retail shop and a training facility. A white brick facade and big steel framed windows make it easy to spot.

The coffee menu is expansive, and a seasonal kitchen runs alongside it. House blends named after local streets, such as Fitzroy Street Blend and Rose Street Blend, are sold in the retail section for brewing at home.
