Everyday Midtown

Everyday Midtown is the city sibling of the Collingwood roastery, a busy little shop at 213 Little Collins Street at the base of the Victoria Hotel, set up for people who want a properly made coffee in the middle of the working day. The beans are roasted in house by Everyday, which began in a small Collingwood shop in 2013 and now offers a wide range of blends and single origins.

The counter pours the full selection of Everyday coffees, with focaccia and house made treats for something to eat, and the retail shelves carry bags of the house roasted coffee alongside coffee making equipment. In the afternoon you can perch with a brew and watch the city fly by. It opens seven days, with weekday hours from seven until three and shorter weekends.
