Dukes Coffee Roasters

Dukes opened its first Melbourne store in 2008, and this green framed shop set into an old stone building on Flinders Lane is where the city can taste what the roaster is about. It works only with Organic Certified and Regenerative Organic Certified specialty coffees, and its cafe brews them every day.

The roaster's view is that organic farming lays the strongest foundation for cup quality, and it builds close relationships with growers, cooperatives and producer groups. Dukes coffees now reach homes and cafes across Australia and beyond.
