Clement Coffee

Clement Coffee was born in South Melbourne Market, a small espresso stall on Cecil Street that opens at half past six every morning and has been pouring coffee there since 2012. The idea is simple and stated plainly: good coffee and good people, with beans roasted and sold to match the season, because coffee, like any fruit, is seasonal.

The house blends include Beaufort and the Pony Organic Blend, alongside a decaf, and the menu rotates fresh seasonal single origins, with bags shipped around Australia. Baristas are encouraged to learn where each coffee comes from and how it is best served. The stall trades daily, closing at four in the afternoon.
