Blume Coffee

Blume is a small roastery tucked into a converted garage on a quiet Abbotsford backstreet, founded by Angus Gibbs, who roasts the beans himself. The bar runs in cellar door style, pouring a rotating mix of espresso and filter coffees from the roastery floor, with a record player spinning and a couple of cosy benches for anyone who wants to stay.
The core range is built for everyday drinking, with Sunshine as the always single origin signature, Moonlight as a sweet low acid dark roast and Twilight as a half caff, joined by seasonal single origins from producers such as Nkara in Rwanda. Fresh bags and merch are sold at the counter, and a small group Saturday School teaches the basics of tasting and brewing.
