Bench Coffee Co. Lt Collins

Bench opened its flagship espresso bar in 2021 on a laneway corner of Little Collins Street, with a design inspired by Maison de Verre, a modernist house in Paris. It is small on purpose, with a three group Kees van der Westen Spirit for espresso and a brew bar for batch brew and seasonal pour overs.

A house baked dacquoise is sold only at this shop, and the cabinet adds pastries from Little Cardigan Bakery along with Bench's own cookies and brownies. Beans, brewing equipment and merchandise fill the retail shelves.
