Aunty Peg's

Aunty Peg's is the cellar door for Proud Mary Coffee Roasters, a roastery bar on Wellington Street where each guest is looked after by a one on one barista. The room is named for a founder's grandmother, remembered as a warm host who always kept her door open and her oven on.

You can learn to brew with the baristas, tour the working roastery and stock up on beans and brewing gear at the shop. A free cupping runs on Saturday mornings, and a coffee showcase menu and a deluxe pourover menu cover the rarer lots.
