ACOFFEE's Russell Street shop is the Melbourne roaster's CBD showroom, a refined and comfortable space in the heart of the CBD for drinking its coffee with beans from the Collingwood roastery, where it has roasted in small batches since 2017. The brand also keeps a showroom in Seoul, and it sells the same pour over set up that it uses in its showrooms.

The roasting philosophy is stated plainly as preserving natural flavours and enhancing distinctive characteristics, with espresso roasts built for balanced, medium bodied cups and separate filter roasts that let each bean show its character through pour over, Aeropress and similar methods. Beans, brewing gear and classes are available through the company, and the CBD showroom opens daily until four.
