Simón Coffee

Simón Coffee is named after a golden retriever. Simón was the companion who supported the founder through one of the hardest moments of her life, and the cafe grew out of that bond, so dogs are part of its identity rather than an afterthought. It is a warm, open space in El Poblado where people are invited to sit, share and take their time.

The idea behind the coffee is to gather a selection of Colombian specialty coffees in one welcoming room and let visitors discover the different expressions of coffee that Colombia produces. For the team, specialty coffee is a way to discover, share and connect with the country, and the dogs make that connection a little easier to start.
