Little Chief

Little Chief is a specialty coffee shop on Misraħ Mifsud Bonnici, the square beside Marsaskala bay, run in the spirit of Australian coffee culture. It describes itself as a cafe, brunch spot and roastery with a wholesale side, and its own roasted coffee is served alongside guest coffees from roasters around the world. The aim is to share knowledge about what specialty coffee is as well as to serve it.

The bar offers espresso drinks and filter methods such as V60, a list of teas and a brunch menu, and tables sit outside on the square, with takeaway available too. The team also runs barista courses and a coffee club for regulars, and the cafe opens early every day, a little later at weekends.
