Artista Perfetto

Artista Perfetto began in Taipei in 2012, founded by a group of award winning baristas, and carried its artisanal approach to Hong Kong in 2018, and now has an outpost on Oldham Road in Ancoats. The Manchester shop is run by husband and wife team Noddy and Cyrus, a small, easy to miss counter that rewards anyone who stops in.

Behind the bar sits a collection of seriously modern brewing kit, and the approach to coffee is precise and a little experimental, shaped by the owners' travels. It is a calm, unhurried corner of Ancoats for people who enjoy the process as much as the cup.
