Kima Coffee

Kima roasts its own beans a short walk from Plaza del Teatro on Carretería, one of the old town's main shopping streets, and the team took first place in the Spain Roasters Championship in 2022 along with the national Aeropress title that same year, brewed from a Bombe Q1 Ethiopian natural. The white, clean walled room reads more laboratory than corner cafe, with a rotating bean list that runs through batch brew alongside the standard espresso menu.

The kitchen keeps things simple around the coffee: avocado on toast, a sourdough burrata plate, and a pistachio cheesecake that regulars order on repeat. Kima placed among the World's 100 Best Coffee Shops in 2025, and staff will happily talk through origins and processing methods for anyone buying beans to take home.
