Pan y Pepinillos Café

Pan y Pepinillos Café is a small independent specialty coffee shop a short walk from Tribunal metro, built around the idea of making the kind of place its owners wanted to visit themselves. The name means bread and pickles, a wink at a pairing you do not expect to love until you try it. The coffee comes from a rotating lineup of European and Spanish roasters, always served as single origin and never as a blend, so the filter and espresso change regularly.

Inside, the room is calm and Japandi inspired, with a few seats at the bar and at small tables plus a bench outside the window. Espresso, flat white, cortado, batch brew and V60 sit alongside house signatures such as a pistachio latte and a matcha latte, with plant milks on offer. Pastries are curated daily from trusted bakers alongside its own bakes. It was named among Spain's best coffee shops in 2025 and 2026, and it is busiest mid morning.
