Naji Specialty Coffee

The winged-bull Naji Specialty Coffee logo on the wall above wooden bench seating

A small, owner run counter in Chamberi with a personal feel that's rarer among Madrid's more institutional specialty names. The founder is often on the floor, and the menu leans into an Iraqi and Middle Eastern influenced angle uncommon in Madrid's specialty scene, pistachio latte and pistachio cheesecake among the signatures. Like several of its Madrid peers, Naji runs a multi roaster program rather than roasting its own beans.

Closed Mondays and open a conventional 10-to-8 the rest of the week, it reads as a genuine neighborhood spot rather than a destination cafe, newer and less widely written up than Toma or Hola but building its own following.
