A small, owner-run counter in Chamberi with a personal feel that's rarer among the more institutional names in this guide — the founder is often on the floor, and the menu leans into an Iraqi and Middle Eastern-influenced angle uncommon in Madrid's specialty scene, pistachio latte and pistachio cheesecake among the signatures. Like several of its Madrid peers, Naji runs a multi-roaster program rather than roasting its own beans.
Closed Mondays and open a conventional 10-to-8 the rest of the week, it reads as a genuine neighborhood spot rather than a destination cafe, newer and less widely written-up than Toma or Hola but building its own following.
