One of two Madrid locations for a roaster serious enough to place in the World's 100 Best Coffee Shops rankings, Hola's Lagasca cafe pairs a clean, modern room — warm accent colors, fresh flowers, a touch of exposed brick — with beans roasted at its own facility since 2017. A sister location on Doctor Fourquet covers the Lavapies side of the city, and both share the same sourcing and roasting program rather than operating as separate identities.

The Salamanca neighborhood around Lagasca skews upscale and residential, and Hola's presence there reads as a deliberate move to bring serious coffee to a part of Madrid that doesn't otherwise get much of it. Both locations are explicitly labeled 'Pet & Breastfeeding Friendly' on the official site — one of the more direct, sourced dog-friendly confirmations found for any shop in this guide, rather than an inferred or secondhand claim.
