HanSo Cafe

Started as a bakery before growing into a full third wave coffee bar, HanSo keeps a bright, minimalist room that leans on natural light rather than dramatic design choices. It doesn't roast its own coffee, instead rotating beans from respected guest roasters (Nomad, Gardelli, Bonanza, and April have all featured), which keeps the board changing more often than a single roast cafe's would. Malasana's dense grid of independent shops and bars provides a steady stream of neighborhood foot traffic.

Dogs are welcome indoors, water bowl included. Hours run later into the evening than a typical espresso bar, closer to all day cafe territory, which fits Malasana's pace better than a strict morning only schedule would.
