Etual Café

Etual is an all day specialty coffee shop on Calle de la Alameda in Las Letras, close to the Prado Museum. The room is bright and cosy, with a clean design, a collection of books, art on the walls and even decorated bathroom walls, all on an intimate scale that invites people to stay a while. The coffee comes from Nomad, the Barcelona roaster, and the bar serves espresso and cold brew.

Etual describes its approach as specialty coffee meeting thoughtful, simple cooking, and the kitchen works from homemade recipes rather than a long menu. The café also sells branded tote bags and shirts made in collaboration with Studio Morocha. Dogs, cats and even parrots are welcomed through the door, and it opens every day from eight or nine in the morning until eight in the evening.
