Dosis Café

Dosis Café is a specialty coffee house on Calle de Gonzalo de Córdoba in Chamberí, founded by the barista Mauricio De Luca. It grew out of a shared passion for a properly made cup, and as more coffee professionals joined the team it began to roast its own beans in Madrid, while still serving coffees from roasters around the world.

Table service, a bakery counter and a long coffee list shape the visit, with filter coffee brewed through V60 and Origami and espresso drinks that run from classic to creative. Japanese matcha is also served. Dosis teaches as well, with barista bootcamps and formations, and the shop sells beans, grinders, filter gear and ceramics for home brewing, plus a wholesale option for other cafés.
