DopiCo Specialty Coffee

DopiCo connects coffee farms in Vietnam with drinkers in Madrid. The beans come from small Vietnamese producers and are picked at peak ripeness, then processed Honey or Washed so that each lot keeps its natural character. DopiCo roasts them with profiles built to bring out balance, sweetness and complexity, aiming for a Vietnamese specialty coffee that is authentic in origin yet easy to enjoy in a European cup.

The coffee shop sits on Calle de Ferraz in Argüelles and opens every day of the week, a little later on weekends.
