Dopa Cafe

Dopa Café opened in 2024 in Carabanchel, started by a group of Colombian partners who wanted the neighborhood to have a place for properly sourced, carefully made coffee. It was the first specialty café in the district, chosen because Carabanchel was turning into one of Madrid's more interesting corners for food and art, and the aim was a quiet reference point where people feel at home.

The room is small and calm, with good music, somewhere to sit over breakfast or something sweet and let the day slow down. Colombian coffee is the focus. Dopa also ties into the local art scene, pairing breakfasts with visits to galleries and artist studios nearby, and also hosts a running club that meets to run and then share a coffee.
