Dabov Specialty Coffee

Dabov Specialty Coffee is a Bulgarian roaster built around its founder, Jordan Dabov, a licensed Q Grader who picks the lots he roasts himself at the farm. The Madrid cafe on Calle de Santa Isabel, on the Lavapies side of Centro, is the brand's Spanish address, under a hanging sign on a street of old apartment blocks and trees.

The counter serves espresso, flat whites and latte art, with fresh chocolate croissants, and the shop sells Dabov coffee, tea, chocolate and accessories to take home. It opens early on weekdays and stays open until 19:00 every day of the week.
