A deliberately pared-back space near Anton Martin, Acid Cafe runs a rotating multi-roaster program that reads like a specialty-coffee pilgrimage in miniature — La Cabra, Coffee Collective, Koppi, April, and Three Marks have all appeared on the board, none of them roasted in-house. Concrete, metal, and wood keep the room low on clutter by design, and the shop skips reliable wifi on purpose, treating itself as a place to slow down rather than a co-working substitute.

The Acid group runs sibling locations under the Acid Bakehouse and Acid Barquillo names; this profile covers the Calle de la Veronica original. Dogs are welcome inside.
