Acid Cafe

A deliberately pared back space near Anton Martin, Acid Cafe runs a rotating multi roaster program that reads like a specialty coffee pilgrimage in miniature: La Cabra, Coffee Collective, Koppi, April, and Three Marks have all appeared on the board, none of them roasted in house. Concrete, metal, and wood keep the room low on clutter by design, and the shop skips reliable wifi on purpose, treating itself as a place to slow down rather than a co working substitute.

The Acid group runs sibling locations under the Acid Bakehouse and Acid Barquillo names; this profile covers the Calle de la Veronica original. Dogs are welcome inside. Bagged beans are sold at the counter, making this a good stop for taking a well chosen guest roast home rather than just drinking one on site.
