Studio Nosh

Maddy spent two years looking for the right space before opening Studio Nosh in a former clothing store on Rechtstraat, pairing a coffee counter with a design shop selling colorful cookbooks, posters, cards and ceramics. Beans come from Antwerp's Caffenation Roastery and Bar Pakt and Amsterdam's Rum Baba, which has run open cupping sessions in the room, poured through pour over and latte art alongside a menu built around Turkish eggs and pandan cookies.

It reads as much a place to browse as to sit, the retail side genuinely woven into the cafe rather than tacked onto the front counter, and it draws steady foot traffic through Wyck's shopping streets on the east side of the Maas.
