The Wyck outpost of Fixed Gear Coffee sits by Maastricht's train station, the third location from former professional cyclist Brian Megens and Shivani Achrekar after an original Valkenburg bar and the city centre room on Grote Gracht. It runs the same single origin, third wave focus as its sister locations, pulling espresso and V60 from beans sourced through Amsterdam's Friedhats and Eindhoven's Sprout Coffee Roasters rather than settling for a house blend.

Homemade vegan cakes sit on the counter alongside the coffee, and the cycling branding carries straight over from the other bars, the same Coffee Before Cycling identity and Santini apparel collaboration. It is a natural stop for anyone arriving by train rather than walking in from the old town.
