Black Honey was founded in Lviv in 2016 by Oksana and Nazar Vitynska. Oksana became a licensed Q Grader and won the national Brewers Cup in 2017, and in 2018 the company bought its own small roaster and began roasting in Lviv, where it also runs a barista school and a pastry kitchen.

This branch sits inside a business hub on Shota Rustaveli Street in the Lychakiv district, serving espresso, filter coffee and cold brew, with plant based milk and outdoor seating. It is open daily, from eight on weekdays and from nine at the weekend, until eight in the evening.
