Verve Coffee Roasters Arts District

Verve's Mateo Street cafe in the Arts District is a tall room with a tree growing through a central communal table, a timber staircase and a mezzanine above. Glass walls look onto the roastery downstairs and a coffee lab upstairs, and the front porch, cafe and loft give it three distinct places to sit. Verve buys through equitable direct trade and invests in individual producers at origin, and its Farmlevel Initiative backs that work.
The bar runs two Kees van der Westen espresso machines and Modbar pour over stations, and the cafe serves breakfast and lunch, with outdoor seating by the entrance. It opens daily from seven in the morning to six in the evening.
