Sightglass Coffee Hollywood

Sightglass's Hollywood cafe occupies a brick corner building at Willoughby and Sycamore, the company's first roastery and cafe outside San Francisco, which opened in 2020. Designed with Seth Boor of Boor Projects, the room aims for the grandeur of European cafes and the sophistication of old Hollywood, with a long wooden bar, teal tiled counters and skylights over a polished red floor.

The San Francisco roaster pours its seasonal blends and single origin coffees here, with individually prepared V60 pour overs, cold coffee on tap and classic lattes. It is the first Sightglass cafe with a seasonal, market driven food program overseen by an in house chef, and the menus include one for happy hour. Guests can sit on the outdoor patio or shop the shelves for bags and gifts. It opens daily from seven to six.
