Rose Park Roasters Downtown Long Beach

The storefront of Rose Park Roasters in downtown Long Beach with two dark green awnings, a white pillar with a black marble base, planters by the door and wooden tables on the sidewalk

Rose Park on Pine is the roaster's largest cafe, on the north side of downtown Long Beach at the corner of Pine Avenue and 8th Street, in the renovated Long Beach Professional Building from 1929. It opened in 2019 after the building's developer asked the owners to put a cafe there. Plants, natural wood and large windows fill the room, a turquoise tiled wall anchors the seating area, and a small atrium separates the coffee bar from the tables.

The design was developed around the company's tagline, Welcome to the Process, and the cafe also sells beer and wine by the can and bottle. The roaster focuses on empowering people who brew coffee at home, and this cafe opens daily from seven in the morning to four in the afternoon.
