LaB Coffee & Roasters on North Western Avenue calls itself a cozy, family owned coffee roastery with a passion for sharing the joy of coffee, and its tagline runs from seed to cup and farm to people. The team roasts its own premium coffees and commits to Fair Trade or relationship sourced coffees, an approach it ties to fair pay for growers and processors and to supporting generations of small scale producers.

LaB also teaches. Its SCA Coffee Skill Program is guided by an Authorized SCA Trainer for anyone who wants to go deeper into coffee, and a trip to coffee origin page and a wholesale program round out the roastery side. The shop sits in a small plaza at suite five and opens from eight to five Monday to Saturday and eight to four on Sunday.
