Found Coffee

Found Coffee opened in February 2015 on Colorado Boulevard in Eagle Rock, at the corner of Eagle Vista, in a renovated building from the 1920s that once held an auto body shop. A white room under exposed wood beams holds teal stools, a yellow espresso machine and shelves of retail bags, and the shop describes itself as a gathering place for Angelenos to share coffee, tea, pastries and each other's company.
The bar is multi roaster by design, working regularly with Demitasse, Stereoscope and Prospect of Ventura and spotlighting others, and in 2020 it started a Travel Series featuring international roasters, beginning with two from Germany. Pastries come from Bakers Kneaded in East Los Angeles and the tea list features small local companies. It opens around seven in the morning and closes around three in the afternoon.
