ZeroToOne Coffee

Paige Tran co-founded ZeroToOne after noticing how little Vietnamese coffee showed up in London relative to Vietnam's standing as the world's second largest coffee exporter. Her partner sources the beans by visiting small Vietnamese farms directly, and the shop hand roasts everything itself in a basement roasting room under Widegate Street, near Liverpool Street.

Five single origin Vietnamese coffees rotate through the counter at any time, spanning Catimor, Yellow Cherry Arabica and Robusta, roasted light to medium light rather than the darker commodity style Robusta is usually known for. The drink to try is cà phê muối, a Vietnamese salt coffee rarely found on a London menu, alongside a monthly guest origin from outside Vietnam.
