The Fleet Street Press

The Fleet Street Press is where Press Coffee & Co began in 2013, at the Temple end of Fleet Street. It is a family owned business, run day to day by husband and wife Andy and Nelly, and the shop stays loyal to a simple promise: high quality coffee, ethically sourced and sustainably processed. Further City sites followed, including an espresso bar at Chancery Lane, but this is the original.
Since September 2019 the coffee here has been roasted by Press itself at a roastery in Herne Hill, after four years of slot roasting taught the team what they wanted to control. Deliveries to the cafes arrive by hand in a zero emission van, packaging is compostable, and the team is paid the London Living Wage, so the care visible in the cup carries through the whole operation.
