Tamp Coffee

Tamp has been part of Chiswick for more than ten years, and a recent refresh with a new team and a sharper business model turned the corner shop on Devonshire Road into a proper speciality roastery. The beans are sourced from farms around the world and roasted weekly, with a tight lineup that includes an Ethiopia and Brazil espresso blend, two Colombian filter lots and a decaf.

The feel is that of a confident local, a short walk from Turnham Green station and tied to the neighbourhood rather than the tourist trail. Tamp is a member of the Speciality Coffee Association, runs a subscription club, makes limited run apparel, and even hosts its own podcast, all of it rooted in a shop where the roasting is the main event.
