Liam Clifford, who describes himself simply as a coffee nerd, spent time behind the counter at Rosslyn Coffee before opening his own place on South Lambeth Road in early 2024. His partner Kashi, who runs the interior design studio YAM Studios, designed the room around a signature invisible green color scheme, right down to a custom painted La Marzocco Linea PB machine paired with a Weber Workshops EG-1 grinder.

Plot Roasting Co, out of Woolwich, supplies the house beans alongside a rotating cast of guest roasters and a curated decaf. The coffee flight is the thing to order, the same bean served three ways, pour over, espresso and a mini flat white, alongside a deep pour over list running past ten options. Toklas Bakery supplies cardamom buns and cinnamon rolls, and a basement space run by art curator Jéssica Varrichio doubles as a non profit gallery.
