LIFT Coffee

LIFT's first shop opened in 2019 on Kensington Church Street, a stretch of west London not known for coffee at the time. Roasting moved in house around 2023, building out a single origin program on a Loring roaster before a second site opened in Shoreditch, and every profile is still agreed together at the cupping table, tasted as a team until everyone would order a second cup.

Coffee runs across washed and natural lots, from a Kenyan chosen for pure varietal clarity to a naturally processed Brazilian yellow Catuai with an unexpected raspberry note. Downstairs seating adds extra room beyond the ground floor counter, and toasted banana bread and V60 pour overs are regulars' orders alongside the house flat white.
