Hermanos Colombian Coffee Roasters Columbia Road

Hermanos is a Colombian only roaster started by brothers Victor and Santiago Gamboa, built on direct trade with farms across the country, from award winning estates to small family run holdings. Every bag is fully traceable, and the range moves with the harvest, from clean washed lots to experimental processes such as a koji fermented coffee that arrives with notes of prune, blueberry and blood orange.

The Columbia Road shop sits on the street best known for its Sunday flower market and pours that same Colombian coffee over the counter. Because everything comes from a single country, the pleasure is in the comparison: ask for the bean of the month, then try a second origin from another region and taste how far apart two Colombian coffees can be. The shop is one of a small group of Hermanos sites around London.
